As CEO, Chris leads KwikChex and its work in consumer protection, verification and fraud prevention. A prominent advocate for information integrity and consumer protection, his expertise has been sought by regulators, law enforcement agencies, journalists and major media organisations, including the BBC.

Chris leads a core team that he is proud to have worked with for many years, sharing a commitment to protecting consumers and supporting responsible businesses.

As COO, Gemma oversees the day-to-day operations of KwikChex, including internal systems and workflows, financial administration, team coordination and welfare.

Working closely with Chris and the wider team, she focuses on improving processes and providing the structure and support needed to ensure the business runs effectively and delivers high-quality work.

KwikChex currently has in-house team members managing and assisting with IT, Customer Services, Investigations and Communication, who are based in the UK, mainland Europe, and the US. We don’t publish individual information about them for privacy and safety reasons, but they quickly become well-known to those KwikChex assists.
