Transparency Note
KwikChex clarifies that we don’t operate from a permanently staffed public office. We believe it is important that consumers understand exactly how and where businesses operate, and we therefore provide clear information about our contact arrangements and business address.
To ensure that enquiries are handled promptly by the most appropriate member of our team, all face-to-face meetings must be arranged in advance.
For the fastest response, please contact us initially via our website contact form or by email. We aim to respond to all enquiries as quickly as possible and will arrange telephone calls, online meetings, or in-person meetings where appropriate.
KwikChex was interviewed by ABC News and gave them many examples of the flaws surrounding unverified comments sites, demonstrating how they can be abused by rogue posters and ABC have now reported on the issue and the actions being led by KwikChex.
