KwikChex receives a threat of defamation action from Seasons Holidays – and responds accordingly

On 03 April, KwikChex received a letter from solicitors Clarke Willmott, acting on behalf of Seasons Holidays, challenging an article under UK defamation laws. The article, titled ‘Devastated – vulnerable investors express their dismay over the failed promises of Seasons Holidays’, is published on the Timeshare Assistance website and can be viewed here. 

KwikChex has responded firmly.
